Sweet Memories Of Mine

Every valentine's day
I go back in time.
It makes me smile just thinking of
Those sweet memories of mine.

How I loved the heart shaped boxes
Of chocolates and flowers,
And the love letters, that
I read over and over for hours.

I remember a dinner and dancing
In a red dress and the pearls that you gave me.
My head on your shoulder, dreaming
Dreams of a fairytale fantasy.

The days we spent together, long ago,
Seems to have gone by so fast.
Still... I enjoy those sweet memories
Of Valentine days past.
