It's Christmas

Christmas is upon us
You can see it's magic glow.
Trees are being decorated
And twinkling lights are everywhere you go.

It's a time of reminiscing
Going back to long ago,
And being in your childhood,
Remembering all the old friends
That you used know.

It brings back all the memories
Of the yesterdays gone by,
It brings back all those feelings
Of being just a child again in you and I.



We knew that Christmas was the day
That Baby Jesus had been born,
But how we loved to find those toys
Beneath the tree on Christmas morn.

So here I am now, all grown up
As I sit and reminisce.
I remember all my family
And the friends that I still miss.

I can't forget the old friends
Even though I made some new
It's the old friends that I had
That made me the kind of friend I am to you.



Christmas brings back the kid in us again,
But in my heart I'll always be one.
I hope I never grow up
Or stop having all this fun.

So as I wait for Christmas day
To once again come 'round
I want to thank each one of you
For the love that I have found.

As we celebrate this season
And the birth of that Glorious Little Boy
I wish you all a Merry Christmas
And a New Year filled with Joy!
