You said you'd swim the deepest sea

If only I asked you to come to me.

Twice you asked me to come to you

I didn't hesitate - I gave up everything for you.

I gave my all - it was the best that I could do

I believed in you - your love I felt was true.

But when I asked you to "Come to me"

You raised your voice saying "It can't be."

I understand - I don't blame you

I was wrong for what I put you through.

Sometime we were like a storm in the night

But the rainbows always seemed to make it right.

Since we're apart I'm lonely and lost

But I made a choice whatever the cost.

We can't look back at what used to be

But maybe one day we'll meet at that sea.

'Til then my love... I'll remember forever

The days of you and me together.

But...I wonder what would've come to be

If only you could have "Come to Me"...
