The Glow Of Christmas

The Angels blew their trumpets many years ago

They told the world of a special Christmas Glow.

It started with the Christmas star

And the light it shown forth from afar.

It led the way to a Baby born

To a Saviour given to us that morn.

The Son of God sent from above

To save our souls and give us love.

So many years have come and gone

But the light returns with every dawn.

Each new day we can begin again

To renew the love He gave us back then.

Now once more the season's here

To remember our loved ones both far and near

To honor a Baby born so very long ago

And hold onto the love of the Christmas Glow.
